The Lazy Parrot Inn - 21 rooms located in Rincon, Puerto Rico's beautiful Porta Del Sol region. Whether you are on a budget or would like to experience our newly opened poolside rooms, all our rooms offer air conditioning, DishNetwork with HBO, refrigerator, microwave, private bath and includes deluxe continental breakfast each morning. Served from 8am to 10am each morning.

The Parrot (as the locals call it) sits atop the main road in Puntas, 1 mile from the lighthouse overlooking the valley with views to the ocean. The hotel is 1/2 mile to 2 miles from 6 different beaches. Activities within 5 minutes of the Parrot include surfing, snorkeling, diving,fishing, parasailing, horseback riding, relaxing on the beach or you can always hang out poolside.

The Lazy Parrot boasts 2 restaurants. The Rum Shack offers lunch and dinner poolside. Favorites are garlic wings, cha-cha wrap, burgers and more.

Smilin' Joe's (more upscale but still casual) serves dinner in an open air garden setting on the upper level of the hotel. Both are visited by locals and tourists alike. A perfect place for weddings or that special event you are planning. Times vary with the seasons.

Rincon, known as a sleepy surfer town, offers plenty of shops, restaurants and gorgeous sunsets but Parrotphernalia, located at the Lazy Parrot is your one stop shopping for parrot stuff, t-shirts, handmade jewelry and more.

The Lazy Parrot is a great place to stay while exploring the rest of Porta Del Sol. Twenty minutes away is Mayaguez with casinos, malls and movie theaters (in english with spanish subtitles). An hour away, natures finest Camuy Caves, Arecibo Observatory, Parguera Phosphorescent Bay, Guanica Dry Forest and the newly remodeled Cabo Rojo Lighthouse.
